I wanted to thank you for all your help managing our HBOT. I want to give you a little testimonial on our son Nick who, as you know, is developmentally delayed, autistic, non-verbal, with little eye contact. As you know, we bought the chamber and concentrator last year from someone else, and we began using it with no one managing. After several months of seeing no benefits, we were recommended to contact you. After your phone consultation, and once we got started with your management, I have to say it is truly amazing what we have seen since then. He began by babbling but will now say: bye, up, hi and his receptive language is more age appropriate… When he was tested the previous year he was at a 2-3 year old level. Nick is 6 years old and he now understands at a 5 year old level. He now has great eye contact and is wanting to be more social. We are still “on the road” to improvement, as you have told us. I just had to let you know how much we appreciate all that you have done to help us in this process and we are truly grateful for all of the prompt return calls from you.
