Warranty & Return
2 year warranty: Our new portable hyperbaric chambers and accessories include the manufacturer’s warranty against defect and/or malfunction for two years from purchase date. The warranty covers all parts and labor necessary for repair or replacement. At our option and sole discretion, we will either repair or replace this equipment. The warranty does not cover damage as a result of misuse or unauthorized modification.
Extended warranties are available for purchase. The extended warranties have the same complete coverage: all components on the chamber — including zippers, windows, seams, valves, hoses, etc.
Return Policy-100% Satisfaction Guaranty
We are so confident in the quality, value, and ease of use of our hyperbaric chambers that we are happy to provide you with an unconditional return policy. You have up to 15 days to use and make certain you are 100% satisfied with your new chamber. If you are not 100% satisfied, just ask us for a Return Code, and then ship back by the 15th day. We will process your refund the same way payment was made. See about shipping costs, etc, in our Full Refund Policy, in writing on your order form – these can vary.
Note: We will promptly issue you a refund provided the chamber is returned in the same new condition, as delivered to you. In the event the chamber is returned damaged, dirty or missing components, we will have to charge you what it costs us to bring the chamber and components back to their original condition.
Used and Demo Chambers: The above policies are for new chambers. Please check with us for warranty and return policies for used chambers. These vary and are determined individually by the chamber’s age and usage history. See about shipping costs, etc, in our Full Refund Policy, in writing on your order form.
